Our Review
This letter fulfills the requirements of the task effectively. The writer clearly communicates the necessary information in a logical order. However, the language could be more consistently formal to enhance the letter's professionalism. Minor grammatical errors and vocabulary choices slightly detract from the overall quality. Dear Sir/ma'am
I am writing this letter to inform you about my clothes that I left at your hotel.
A couple of days back, I check-in at your suite number 2005. I stayed there from 10th dec 2024 to 12th dec 2024 because of my business meetings. However, while leaving the hotel room, I forgot some of my clothes in the wardrobe itself.
There was a black blazer with a pair of black colored trousers. Along with that, a white shirt and a red tie was also kept in the same hanger. The blazer is of Ralph Lauren brand and same goes with other clothes too. Moreover, a pair of white colored socks of Nike was just kept near to the drawer inside the closet.
I formally request you to please deliver my essentials to my office address given at the hotel's reception. I apaologize for this inconvenience but will surely manage your delivery expenses as it is not possible for me to come.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully Dapinder Kaur

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I inadvertently left some clothing items in my hotel room during my recent stay.
I stayed in suite number 2005 from the 10th to the 12th of December 2024. My purpose of visit was for business meetings. Upon departing, I realised I had forgotten several garments in the wardrobe.
The missing items include a black Ralph Lauren blazer, a pair of black Ralph Lauren trousers, a white Ralph Lauren shirt, and a red tie, all hanging together. Additionally, a pair of white Nike socks were left near the drawer in the closet.
I would be grateful if you could arrange for the return of these items to my office address, which was provided to the reception desk upon check-in. I am happy to cover the cost of delivery. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I look forward to your prompt response.
