Dear Mr. Dahiya, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my intent to stay in your rented apartment longer than six months which I had agreed to earlier. Earlier, the lease agreement signed allows me to stay for six months that will be completed this January but, I wish to stay till March 2025 in the apartment. I have enrolled myself in personal support worker program in an institution that is in proximity to the locality which will be completed in the coming February. You have been very kind and generous with me from the beginning and that’s another reason why I wish to stay in this place longer.
Also, there are some issues which I am encountering in this apartment. The water heater is not working from the last two days. I was taking a bath and it suddenly showered chilled water which made me fall sick as well. It will be very helpful if you can send a technician to see this issue.
